Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return & Exchange Process

1 Contact Our Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Wait for Approval

Our costume specialists will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship to Our Address

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Costume Hair accessories (opened packaging)
  • Costume Wearable Accessories that have been worn
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
  • Personalized or custom-made costume items
